Healthy living through Yoga & Pranic Healing
This is a special 6 weeks nurturing program for Pranic Healing students.
Dates: April 10, 17, 24, May 1, 8 & 15
Goal is to achieve:
• A stronger healthier physical body
• More vibrant chakras & energy body
• Enhanced vitality & immunity
You will learn simple but powerful Yoga exercises, combined with Pranic Healing.
Dr Prashant will guide you in known and less known pearls of Pranic Healing & Yoga.
Anita Kamp, Pranic Healing trainer & Yoga Instructor, will guide you through the Yoga exercises.
Some topics: Yoga, meditation, energy generating techniques for health & wellbeing, food, forgiveness, Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar), Gayatri mantra and different forms of healing will be discussed. We will discover together what each yoga pose benefits your chakra & energy system.
This program is accessible for anyone who has done the (Basic) Pranic Healing workshop and up.
People who are starters, or have a weaker physical body, or experienced Yoga practioners or even if your body is not so flexible - there will be alot of learning, healing & growth for everyone. The poses will be adjusted to our needs - from traditional asana to modified & simplified ones.

Recordings will be made available for the time of the series and for a week after the completion of this program.
The 20 minutes video from each of the 6 sessions with guided practice will also be available for those who subscribe for a long time - to follow and practice even after the program ends.
